Our management had a little gimmick to have their agents have a contest in creating a very good poster to welcome the new account. this was done using Photoshop Elements 9.0 and a little help from Photoshop CS4. I never did actually expected this to win. After learning some skills with this softwares, I was able to create one while we are having our training class (shhh..i'm not listening during class hehehe). I passed this and unexpectedly made it to the top 3 among 12 posters. and I won myself spill proof mug from the account.. weee
